Are alternate credentials required for the mobile (android) app? The username and password that I use at the web portal fail on my mobile.

Same ID/password is used for access on mutli devices.... check to verify you didn't miss a capital as the pw can be case sensitive.

HI, I just bought a new Motorola Droid Razor and can't get the netgear account icon on my phone. I entr my password and it says it's incorrect. Can anyone help? thanks, Holly

Maybe misunderstood this...

First you have to go to the android store and d/l the Arlo app from there ( your pw/user is prob diff here, it would prob be your phones pw )

Once the app is installed, you same user/pw from other devices like your computer to log into the app
