&lt;P&gt;You won't be able to access the web browser ui&amp;nbsp;from a mobile device. It will redirect you to the app. When I asked about the web browser I meant do you experience any issue when accessing your account from a PC.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why does it take a long time for the Mode page&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in the Android app to update ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can switch to "Camera" or "Library" pages and&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they will show the "Status" after some delay but&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the Mode status sometimes never is available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The base station name shows but it is stuck at "Getting status"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I noticed this sort of thing yesterday when modifying things for the first time in a long time. &amp;nbsp;I logged out and back in and all was well. There seems to be some backend issues being worked on - perhaps this is one of them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Logging out and in does not always help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I seems that this could be a backend problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as it seems to occur when logging into the app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is slow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The strange thing is I can view the "Cameras" and&amp;nbsp;"Library"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;windows (sometimes slowly in the case of the Cameras) but&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I switch to the "Mode" window, I am stuck at "Getting status".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The problem seems to be worse in the afternoon,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;maybe related to load on the server ??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Depending on the exact browser, you can request the desktop site by selecting that check box from Chrome's or Firefox's menu. I have the "Desktop by Default" add-on in Firefox so it always gets the desktop version. Dunno about Safari.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
