This system does not send text messages unless you have gone through a custom method to do so. I'm guessing you want to stop alerts or emails.

1- to stop alerts to your phone go to the notifications section of your phone on shut off Arlo alerts.

2- to stop email alerts go to either the Arlo web site where you view your cameras or your phone or tablet app. Go into "settings" than " rules" and go to each camera and " " uncheck" the email notification box. Than hit " save"

And yes if you have more than 1 camera you must repeat these steps for each camera. Yes I know that's stupid.

what if its not in my notification on my ohine what do i do??

We need more details. As noted above the system doesn't send texts but does supply notifications via the app. Do you have the app loaded? Is it the latest version? What OS - Android or iOS? For Android you can go into phone settings and choose Applications or Application Manager. In there, find Arlo. Near the top, on the left side, is a chechbox to enable or disable notifications.
