Thank you for the information. Kindly try the following troubleshooting steps:

Un-install and reinstall the Arlo App from your iOS devices.

View your Arlo System's signal strength on your iOS devices when connected to your WiFi and then on cellular data. Do you notice a difference in the behavior of the signal strength?

KristynM,

I have a new situation that I need help with... new behaviour of the IOS version of the Arlo software. When you first login from either Iphone or IPad the dates for each of the cameras (all 5) come up initially as 2/6/15 or 4/20/15. They stay that way for a fraction of a second then turn to appropriate date. For example today when we logged into Arlo on IPad, cameras 1 & 2 showed initial date of 2/6/15 while cameras 3/4/5 showed 4/20/15 then they all immediately changed to 9/13/15.

When I log in using my Andriod device all dates show 9/13/15. When I log into the base station using my Windows laptop all cameras show 9/13/15.

Is there a bug in the IOS version of the software?

Your help with this is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Mike

silverms,

Kindly try to reinstall the Arlo App on your iOS devices. Once re-installed, check to see if it shows the same behavior. Try this on both wireless network and cellular date. If it still shows the same behavior, could you kindly provide the following information regarding your iOS devices:

What is the Arlo App version?

What are your iOS device models and iOS versions?

Looking forward to your response Mike.
