firmware update issue

My system attempted a firmware update last night (sept 23, 2016). One of my 4 cameras now remauns "offline" while all the others inckudung the base station is up to date to current firmware. I reset the base station 10x with the aop AND the button on the back of the unit. I also added new batteries to rhe camera and attempted to re synch. Still offline. Any solutions?

Had the same issue with 4 cameras. Syncing them to the base station again restored things.

The camera may have gone offline due to the recent firmware update not completing, for more information on how to troubleshoot this, see here: My Arlo camera is offline since the release of the recent firmware update; what do I do?
