iOS app shuts down

App shuts down as soon as it opens up. It worked the other day. I closed all open apps, rebooted the phone and reinstalled te app still the same...any ideas

iPhone 4S with iOS 8.4 old but it has worked the other day

We are aware that a small number of users are experiencing an issue with the most recent update to the Arlo app on iOS. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue and will provide a resolution as soon as possible. Your patience is appreciated.

Hi.. The App shut down every time that I try to open the library.. Doesn't matter, on IPhone or IPad. iOS 9 on both.
It happening since I've updated the App...
Reboot, remove and install App again, doesn't work....... Thks for any help..

What model iPhone and iPad do you have? (iPhone 6, 5, 5C etc). We're currently looking into an issue that is affecting some iOS users.

James... Ipad v3 with 9.0.2 , no problems... seems like more the iphone

Great product, but one small niggle. On the iPhone 6 when I open the app and push the "live" button, the app shuts down. It always works on the second attempt though. Gary

Garymb,

Do you get any kind of error message when this happens? Does this always occur or is it an intermittent issue? Consider reinstalling the Arlo mobile app and test again.
