How i do add extra camera in an already existing system

Hi I wanted to know what is the correct procedure to add a new camera to a system already set up, because I had already set a system with three cameras and a station with the basic plan, everything worked properly, I recently purchased a fourth camera, I made the synchronization by pressing on the base and on the new camera, but when I logged in to my account in the camera screen appeared a window with synchronized wrote new camera,to use it to edit the plan in premier or elite, but the thing bad that happened was that disappeared all our other cameras and never work correctly, I tried to do a reset of the station but even that is gone and is not nothing left but to make a configuration of a new system, with new email address and everything else, I think it is a big bugs or I did something wrong, because it is unacceptable that one every time you have to add a new camera must make a new configuration sistem.

I access to my account arlo with firefox on an iMac computer with MacOSX 10.8.5.

base station hardware version VMB3010r2

base station firmaware version 1.6.2_4344
