Android app not updating

None of my devices running 5.1.1 or 6.0x are updating the app - always downloads 10.09MB and tries to install but fails. I rebooted, uninstalled the old app, have plenty of storage space, etc. I created a trouble ticket but wanted to see if anyone else is having issues with the update (no, I'm not asking if you don't like the update).

Hi jguerdat,

Is it possible for you to get logs from the Android devices that have issues installing the update?

I have an old Samsung Nexus rooted and running Marshmallow that I can try to grab a logcat from. I can also root my Nexus 10 if that doesn't work out. Once I have a useful log, what should I do with it? (Be nice, now... 😀)

Take out all private items in the log and send me a private link to download it. I hope it gives clues to why your install is failing.

Found the problem from slogging through the logs. It's not appropriate for this forum but suffice it to say it was caused by a conflicting app. I'll send you a PM about the reason.
