    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not clear as to what the issue is. &amp;nbsp;"Looped" video? &amp;nbsp;What's that - previously seen video even when live viewing? &amp;nbsp;I don't see how that's possible. &amp;nbsp;Missing video? &amp;nbsp;As in it doesn't show up in the library for some time after a notification is received? That has occured but doesn't currently seem to be an issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm confused...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I programmed my system to run "all motion on" using the schedule feature. &amp;nbsp;I recieved an alert that one of the cameras detected motion. &amp;nbsp;I checked the video and see nothing that could have set off the zone. &amp;nbsp;When I got home I see a UPS Delivery at my door. &amp;nbsp;I checked the UPS delivery date/time and it corresponds with the Arlo motion time stamp. &amp;nbsp;Please advise...&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This is the second problem within a first week of buying this system.... &amp;nbsp;strike 1, &amp;nbsp;strike 2 ........&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to keep the community in the loop about this issue so I will update everyone:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I initialted a chat session yesterday with netgear, &amp;nbsp;we tried a few things and now my case is escalated to L2:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Case #: 250XXXXX&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Case Summary: One camera is not detecting a motion&lt;BR /&gt;Product: VMC3030&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Update from NETGEAR:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your case has been escalated to me.       <description>Looped footage. No alerts after I heard a noise, I live streamed realised I was watching the same looped footage! How can this be fixed so it doesn't happen again?!</description>
