Now that I have updated to the new iPhone app, I no longer get the alerts that motion detected video has been recorded....Today I logged in and saw I had 12 different recordings, and the system never alerted me....I checked the settings, and all my cameras are set up to push the alert...

Can I go back to the old app?

I have the same issue and have not been been able to find an answer. This system is worthless as a secuirty system without the alert popping up on my iphone. I wish I could go back to the old app. At least it worked.

Here is what I found out that solved this for me...

Go to

Mode

Then click

Motion On

Then go to

Motion On Custom Mode

Click Edit

Then click edit by the camera you want to record motion and send alerts...

Scroll down and put the check mark in the box labled

Push Notification

Make sure you hit save before you go to another camera to edit.

That solved my problem.....Hope it work for you also!
