Desktop View Options?

Just set up 4 camera system and all seems to be going well. The only question I have is why can't I change the camera stream windows on the desktop? Specifically, I have a mac desktop and within the screen they show up smaller than they do on my laptop, all across the top and not in a 4 corner type of setup like other systems, or like they do on the laptop. There must be something I am missing to make these views fit the screen, and enlarge from small 2x3" windows. Thanks.

What browser are you using? You should be able to zoom in on the browser to enlarge the cameras pane on the cameras screen.

For the apps you should be able to zoom using pinch motions. On a browser, use the magnifier on the lower left of the video to zoom.

How do I make the picture view more on my phone? It does not seem to be a very large area to view without it looking like it's been cropped.

You can expand the image to fullscreen on the Arlo mobile app by tapping the fullscreen icon (2 arrows) located in the bottom right hand corner of the live stream/library content.
