When I try to download a video to my iPhone I get a promt that says "user denied access". How do I change that?

Consider reinstalling the Arlo mobile app and try again. Please let us know if you continue to see this error.

Same problem. Can not download because it says "user denied access." Yes, I did accidentally enter "Arlo not allow... "

I did reinstall the app, but still not working

Check your app permissions in your phone settings. On iOS, Arlo needs access to the "Photos" feature to allow the content to be downloaded and saved.

Settings > Find and tap the Arlo app > Toggle 'Photos" switch to green

if not green, flip switch to the right
Green?
You're ready to download.
The downloads can be viewed in camera roll, or photos.
