iPhone Notifications

For some reason my iPhone no longer gets notifications when my cameras detect motion. I have checked the arlo settings and yes, my iphone settings are set to get the notifications. What could be the problem??

i've been having he same issue for a few days now. On an iPhone 6s.

My app is configured to allow push notification etc too.

Have you you tried anything to rectify it with your hardware as yet?

Same here for others and me (was fine last night (USA's PST) after we tried fiddling on our sides and seeing e-mail notifications. I am going to assume this is the same problem that happned about a couple months ago. It would be Netgear's fault. 😞

Same problem. No notifications to iPhone or Android even though these devices are set to receive notifications.

There are 2 places to check. One is in the device settings for the app and the other is in your modes. The update disabled app notifications, apparently due to the switch from global to camera. Check your modes - Mode tab, chose system, edit modes using the pencil icon.

Weird. I am not getting e-mail notifications in this subscribed forum thread.
