Kindle not getting notifications

Arlo sends notifications when movement is detected. My iPad and iPhone both receive the notifications without any issues. My Kindle Fire does not post the notifications. I have spent time on the phone with Amazon and Netgear tech support. Neither could determine why notifications are not coming through. I am waiting for senior tech support at both companies to get back to me.

Any ideas why notifications are coming thru when the Kindle is set for notifications? The only hint of an issue that I can see I that there are no "notification listeners" listed in the Kindle notification access settings.

Thanks for the response. Not sure this is a PM but I don't see a dedicated PM button.
I don't have a case number. The woman I talked to said she would email me and a senior tech would contact me. Neither have happened.
