      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have put in 2 help requests and haven't heard anything in 2 weeks. My MODE tab is blank after going to the library or camera tabs first. Have to log out and sign in a few times before I can get to see the MODE section.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Android. My cameras and base unit are up to date in terms of firmware. This only occurs on my phone. I have to access my PC to see mode without interruption and be able to set a schedule as the phone app assumes i am overlapping times</description>

      <description>Hula rock. That is the only solution net gear gave to me. I have tried it but with no success. With all do respect to net gear / arlo, should we really have to delete and re install an app as a solution to software issues?</description>
