Just as an added info, i always delete all my false alarm recordings. So, i definitely have not past my data limit. The old app used to put everything in video inbox. The new app is bad since it is counter intuitive.

I thought there was a real easy answer to your question, but apparently there is not. I don't see anyway to go to prior months like you used be able to do before the bug riddled down grade was put out in the end of December. NETGEAR WHERE ARE ALL OUR PREVIOUS MONTHS LIBRARY VIDEOS?

If there are no videos to be seen, you can't click on a date and maybe not the previous month. Have the videos migrated past your plan's limit? I only have the basic plan so can't try to go back a month.

Ok.. I think i figured it out myself. So, basic plan under new app version now does not limit the file size BUT limit the viewing to only seven days. Afterward, they will erase any videos older than 7 days. Mine says 1 video despite that the video was three weeks old. That is a sync glitch that some arlo users complained in the forum. The glitch caused the library counter to still indicate that there is a video, eventhough that particular, older than 7 days, video is no longer able to be viewed. Snapping a picture or two from live feed will reset the video counter back to normal. This is a feature that netgear decides to delete for all of us basic plan user. Once again, i wish they mention it in email or so. 🙄
