Hello,

I am no longer receiving alerts on my phones or ipad when motion is detected. We have several phones that are logged on to the app that are now not receiving alerts. This is since the app upgrade. How can I get this fixed?

You are probably going to have to go into the modes and turn alerts on each camera individual. This was a change in this wonderful POS update.

Yeah, that did the trick. Too bad this was not explained with the introduction of the app update. And it seems much more difficult to navigate there.

Thanks

I do not see where to update each camera individually. Under modes it only gives the options to armed, disarmed, schedule or all motions on. I went to settings on My Devices and didn't see it there either. Please help

You started in the right place - the Mode tab. See the little pencil icon? Select it to edit your modes. I'd suggest creating at least one new mode rather than editing the existing ones so the stock ones (Armed and Disarmed) are left alone for fall-back.

Arlo cameras were disabled but not by me, Arlo Q was still Armed. Arlo Q microphone, speaker not working, iPhone not playing back sound. Alerts did not work overnight but started at 7am ish alerting to branches moving in the wind, which are unlikely to have been still all night.

JustLearning,

Are you you using a schedule or is the camera always armed? If using a schedule, be sure you have scheduled the appropriate mode during the times you would like the camera to detect and record motion.

If your Arlo Q content is not recording sound, make sure your Arlo Q microphone/speaker is enabled by navigating to Settings > My devices > select your Arlo Q > make sure microphone/speaker are enabled.
