Rules can't save modifications

Hello,
I'm away from my house and I would like to modify a specific camera's rule from my iphone.
When I select settings- rules - (pick a camera) ex. camera 2- make the video length longer. And when I go to hit "save" it is grey and can't save these changes! I've tried every thing I can think of (relaunching the app, turning thing off then on, etc.) Please help!

The apps are known to be buggy. It could be that. Try going in via a browser.

Hi Mab0,

Thank you for posting the issue you are experiencing with saving your Rule changes. I am unable to replicate this behavior on the iPhone 6 iOS 8.1 or an iPad 2, iOS version 8.1.3. Can you please confirm what iPhone you have and the iOS version you are using?

Please also make sure that for your Rule, under the heading “Motion is detected,” camera 2 is selected and under the heading “Record video,” camera 2 is selected as well.

I am having the same issue, I can't save any changes to the rules. I am using a iPad Air and an iPhone 6 both with iOS 8.3

I'm also unable to modify my Rules when making a change. (Using the iPhone app)

The "Done" button on the right upper corner shows up, but it is Greyed out, and the modification cannot be saved.

Edit: Using a desktop pc, I can modify the above.

My android phone shows grey also on rules change. Samsung 5

Ederickson,

What is showing grey? The save button cannot be clicked until a change has been made. Are you making a change to the rules before trying to click save?

I am unable to save Rules as well. I'm on Android. It does not add anything after hitting save.

Step 1 - reinstall app. What happens then?
