3rd Camera no still shot

I recently installed my 3rd camera. I placed it outside (since the weather was bearable). All is well with activation and live viewing etc, however on BOTH the app and PC, when I click on CAMERAS I can see camera 1 and 2 (still shot from previous viewing), however the 3rd camera has yet to retain the still view. When I open the app or online I have to click the LIVE link and voila it is there. IF I log out and then try logging in again, the still view is not there. Any help?

Have you reset the base with the power button ? Easy possible fix.

Same issue here. Maddening. Six of my seven are fine, the seventh refuses to have the last motion still shot on the app. Have to press live to get one, then it disappears after the app is reloaded.

Consider removing the camera by navigating to Settings > My Devices > Select the affected camera > Remove Device. Go through the process of syncing the camera back to the base station and see if the issue still remains. Please let us know if you continue experiencing this behavior.
