Multiple Camera Access

I bought my parents the Arlo system and added myself as a friend to view their camera. I bought my grandparents the same set and tried to invite myself as a friend to view their account. I'm not able to view my grandparents camera. Are you allowed to be a friend on multiple Arlo systems?

did you use the same email or a different one?

easy test, Try a second email and see if that's the problem

I used the same email. I should also mention that I'm using the app. It's more convenient to have all the cameras show up under a single account versus having to log in with two different accounts. I did use a different email and it worked fine. Would just prefer to have one account, not two.

so it appears that the problem isn't yours, but on Netgears side with not allowing the same email used with 2 different friends accounts
