Is anyone else having a problem signing into their accounts on their phones or computers??? Mine just says loading with nothing happening

It appears that you've tried both but - have you? I'm not having problems but the servers or Internet could have an issue at any point in time

Jetgirl,

I have not been able to identify any issues when signing in from the web client, iOS or Android.

Are you still experiencing this behavior?

James,

Today I can log in fine. for some reason though one of my cameras had 85% last night and this am is at 5%. wierd.

Jetgirl,

There was a recent firmware update that address battery optimization. It is possible that your camera was indicating incorrect battery level. If you notice faster than normal battery drain after replacing batteries, please let me know.
