Videos from Frebruary disappeared

I had three videos from the last week in February disappear. Anyone else have this problem?

Also the app does not show the number of recordings for the cameras. This was an issue that Arlo supposedly fixed and sent an email about. Anyone have a way to get this fixed?

Not knowing the service plan your on makes it harder to give you an answer....

But, If you on the Basic (free) plan, then videos stay in the library ONLY 7 days...then poof - auto deleted.

Down loading is your friend.

By any chance have you not noticed that you can go back to February by using the arrow at the top left, above the days of March? You can scroll to other months using the left and right arrows, as appropriate.

The number of videos hasn't been fixed yet. The email I saw specified that it was disabled to help solve the lag in showing videos in the library as well as notifications.

I have the basic plan and checked the iOS app - recordings are available fróm the 25th of February upto today.

Same applies to the web browser (IE11), although I have to choose February in the calendar.

No, once the 7days go by , on the 8th day , day 1 is auto deleted...

you were reading old threads which ref a recycle bin and/or NGear wasn't good on the deleting housekeeping
