I get e-mail alerts, grant access accounts do not

Hi, my cameras are fairly new, I myself have no problems, I receive every email and video, I granted two people access, at first both were getting the same and then everything suddenly stopped. I deleted their accounts, then re entered their accounts, it seemed to correct the problem for a couple of days, now again we are scratching our heads, why am I getting email alerts and they get none, I'm finding this cause we are trying to find a solution. Thank you

Id like to add this problem started once Arlo was upgraded a week after purchasing it middle of December...

It's been reported that friends have to have admin access to have things work best. Are your friends set for that? If not, try it and see what happens.
