Arlo wire free Iphone App Help

i have just bought my 5th arlo camera but when i view on my iphone everything works ok but normally you will see a picture of the last videoed place for each camera, but the the new camera always says (Press the Live Button to see your new camera in action) which is in green.

The iPhone can only show four (4) cameras at one time. That means that when you look at the app, the first four go Live, but the 5th one does not.

To look at the fifth one Live, press the Live button.

If you continue to get the green screen on the camera even after you have live streamed it for the first time consider removing the camera and going through the sync process again. Please let me know if you continue having issues!
