IPad2 constantly logging me out after switching away

The Arlo app on my IPad2 (IOS) takes 5-10 seconds to log me in automatically.

If someone's at the front door and I want to talk to them with the Arlo Q, they could leave before I'm logged in.

When I switch to another app, I get logged out. Is there anyway to stay logged into the Arlo app all the time?

This is expected behavior. The app is still logged in but it will be in a sleep state after having sat idle for a short time and will take 5-10 as you describe to load up again.

Also be sure you have Auto Login enabled in Settings > Profile to quickly launch the application.

That's not what happens. When I click on the Arlo app, it says "Signing In". That takes 5-15 seconds. Then I see the Camera screen with the Connecting message. It takes another 5-10 seconds before I see the "Live" button. It then takes more time to go Live and more time to activate the Microphone button if I want to speak. By this time, the person has long gone.

i think the Q is totally worthless for voice communication.
