I am running FireFox x64 on Windows 10 and for some reason I am no longer able to get my cameras to go live. When I click Live in the camera view, I get the Please wait... message and nothing happens, it just stays on Please wait... or goes to The request times out. If I perform the same operation in Internet Explorer or Chrome, everything works as expected.

Any ideas?

have been thru this many times...many variables on diferrent computers, What works for me doesn't work for another. ( flash may be part of it with the latest bug flaw ).

Answer is simple tho...use one of the two browsers that work.

I was having a similar problem. I could not view live video using the Arlo app on my computer. I tried both Chrome and FireFox but they would time out and say the cameras were not connected when I know they were after checking "Settings" and "My Devices". There I could view live video on the "Pan and Zoom" screen.

What I eventually figured out was that for me the problem was that I had disabled Java Flash. When I re-enabled Flash it worked as before.
