      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm getting an "unable to play. Please try again" message whenever I try to watch live. It's been &amp;nbsp;a week now. I cleared the cache, tried it with lte, WiFi, 3g with no help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

 Is this occurring on both cameras? Consider power cycling your base station and the cameras (open and close the battery compartment door).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;
 &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;
 Allow the base and cameras to come back online and let us know if you're still having the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
