Arlo Hub Getting Status.

Hi, i recently installed my arlo system and have run into a bit of a problem. When i try to change the mode on my android device, it comes up with a picture of the router and underneath says "Getting Status", so i am unable to change the mode. Also i have been trying to update the firmware, and when i have been looking through the forums they all say make sure automatic updates is turned on, but i dont have that option.

Any help would be appreciated.

First, firmware updates are automatic - there's no setting for them like there used to be. All you can do is maybe reboot the base or wait overnight when updates are pushed out.

When I get "Loading" or "Getting Status" that seems to hang, I generally log out and back in. That usually helps. Also, is this the app or browser? Have you tried the other?
