No other application/service was affected during this problem period. I also tried using 4G but with the same result. Problem persisted using PC, Tablet or smartphone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, to your question.  This could be due to your internet connection. Are you using your internet connection at home? If so, what is your download speed? Alternatively, are you using the Arlo mobile app on WiFi or 3g/4g? Do you see the same behavior on both?&lt;/P&gt;
