Camera Staus...?

Hi All,

Cant find the answer so here goes.

When I click on the Camera icon for all my cameras, I have 4 I can only see on 2 a picture of what I previously lookad at. So for instance the live button on 2 of the cameras is ready to press but has a green background and on the other 2 has the live button but with a picture of what I was watching say 4 hours ago.

Question is how can I st up the other 2 cameras to have what I watched a few hous ago and get rid of the green backgrounds. Is this a setting? The 2 cameras with the green backgrounds on the camera mode were the first 2 I set up and the other 2 with the picture screens were set a day later.

Can you help.

N

I haven't experienced this but try power cycling the base station and, if necessary, open and close the battery doors on the affected cameras. Worst case, remove the cameras from your setup in Settings and resync them.

Most of the time that error is fixed by Uninstalling the camera and then bringing it back as new.

To eliminate camera, goto SETTINGS - MY DEVICES - pick camera on left " > " symbol - bottom of page REMOVE DEVICE

Bring it back just like originally adding a camera
