App loads on Galaxy S4, but will not open

The Arlo app loads on my S4, but will not open. Acct is set up thru desktop browser with no issues, also works fine on my IPad.

I happen to have access to the same exact device on that same android version and do not have any issue running the app. After reinstalling the app and a phone reboot, are you still having trouble launching?

the new model is all ok working but after update the os their is some issues
