Downloading recorded video to iPad mini 3

Where are downloaded videos stored on iPad mini 3? I have no problem on my PC, but they're not in Videos on the iPad. General answer found about iPad says downloads within an app are found with that app.

In iPad Settings under Arlo, I've turned on "Allow Arlo to access" Photos, but the file is not there. There's nothing about accessing Videos, but it's not there either.

Mine d/l to the same location as all the pictures, videos ... the Gallery

The name of the folder will be what you set in the APP under SETTINGS ( believe the folder name is Arlo )

So make sure you did it right, Go to Library in Arlo, Hit SELECT then pick a video you want to d/l, Hit the d/l and you'll see a d/l progress bar.

Go to the Gallery on the IPad and it should be there.
