Geofencing Bug on IPhone App

Is anybody having issues with the beta version of the new geofencing app on the iPhone? We cannot arm or disarm from a iPhone but the android has no issues and allows all functions. The app completely shuts down when you go to make any changes. Curious to know if anybody has heard of a new release from support to fix the issue.

Had the same issue on the Ipad....

To break out of the crash cycle, I have to Manually move my location ( geo-zone ) to an area away from where I lived...

Once the geo-zone thought I was out, I was able to arm/disarmed as normal... then I turned off the gps. At least it's usable till a newer version comes out.

Android on LG with 4.4.2 os worked ok.

Ipad g3 with latest version of IOS (9.3 ?)

Downloaded new Arlo app, played with it for a day , worked fine.

Went to set up geo-zone , tried to input just street for address and it didn't recognize so manually placed location on map, then continued setup for geozone till completed.

After setup, pushes came thru that I was 'home' and geo was activated. ( had prev tested android so I know it armed after exit of zone ) Went to DISARM from geo and every time I hit the disarm button, the app crashed out to main ios screen.

Tried 5x and crashed 5x, turned off gps andd tried again, still crashed.

Went back in and manually put my location away from my real location ( so I was outside of geo zone settings ) ans then tried DISARM and was able to without crash.

At this point I opted to try and remove settings and made sure gps was off so i could function the app normally without geozone.

That's all i got at this point... didn't try clear cache at time, but will next time and also force a stop... haven't played with it since.

Same thing happens on my Android (Samsung Galaxy 3-4)...can't get past "Location". No answers yet! 🙂

What android version are you running on your device? I have tested using a Galaxy S4 running 5.0.1 and have not been able to replicate this issue.

You might also consider a fresh install of the Arlo mobile app.
