topic Mode menu in Features

I am unable to click back while using/within the mode menu . This is prohibiting me from adjusting record times. I am unable to click back to any previous mode with out using the browser. I am also unable to find a way to contact customer support without getting redirected to contact customer support. How do I contact someone?

See that big Support link at the top here? Click it and then Contact Support on the right. Not hard or hidden.

Do you see this behavior across multiple browsers/mobile devices?

What device/OS or browser are you using that is displaying this behavior?
