tried the web, ios, and android.

Have you looked at SETTINGS > SUBSCRIPTION > center right page in green CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION

I too have the same issue. I clicked on "change subscription " and the only option available is my current plan "Free/Basic". I bought a new Arlo camera and would like to upgrade to 6. I already put in my credit card payment method. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
