Geofencing with Multiple Phones

hi - i installed the system and it works well.

i have geofencing turned on for my wife and i. the goal is to alarm the system when we are BOTH away. but, right now, it arms when ONE of us is away. thus we get alerts when we really don't need them - when one of us is already home. i can't seem to find a way to configure this to only arm when BOTH devices are away. how can i configure geofencing to arm only when BOTH devices (mobile phones) are out of the area??

Make sure both phones are enabled in your Geofencing settings. It is also important to note that the app must be running on both devices for Geofencing to be able to update the mode and location. if you force close or log out of the app, Geofencing cannot update location.
