Arlo Pro Activuty Zone for the Pro

After purchasing the Pro, I discovered that GeoFencing IS NOT an activity zone which I wanted.

So her eis my question:

Since I need the activity zone feature, can I simply purchase the Pro2 camera? and will it work the Pro base station and software or do I need to buy a Pro2 base station (if there is such a thing).

Basically I want to know whether the " Activity Zone " is part of the camera or part of the base station? or both"

YES and YES... The Pro2 camera will work with any of the bases ( even the original arlo base )... The Pro2 has zones and they use to be only while on ac.... but I see with the new FW, you can have zones on battery too ( tho I haven't tried it yet )
