&lt;P&gt;This could be due to the version of Android. I have tested this on a samsung galaxy S4 with android 5.0.1 and did not see this issue. Consider updating the phone to the latest available version of android.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Arlo Not sending notifications</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am currently using Arlo and love the system. &amp;nbsp;What i don't love though is that for some reason my wife's phone won't receive notifications on motion detection. &amp;nbsp;She has set up her own account, can access the system, but while my phone receives notifications her does not. &amp;nbsp;I have created new modes, uninstalled/installed, and tried wifi or mobile. &amp;nbsp;Still no luck. &amp;nbsp;My phone has the exact same phone which is a Samsung S4 Galaxy, and if I set him up the same way he gets notification. &amp;nbsp;I have reached out to Netgear and no luck. &amp;nbsp;Hoping someone might have some suggestions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Her phone is a T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S4 Model SGH-M919 and Android version 4.4.4 &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Arlo version 2.1.0_12984 &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
