Problems Geofencing 2 Devices

I am trying to set up geofencing for 2 phones. My phone is set up with geofencing and my wife has access to the system but it only moves to Armed when I leave the house not her. Her Arlo app doesn't show Mode as an option - is that where I am supposed to set her up as also being able to geofence the system or do I do it some other way?

SJDrew,

It sounds like you haven't granted her access rights for her. For Geofencing to work, the shared device needs access to change modes. Be sure "Allow Access Rights" is toggled on within the primary accounts Grant Access settings.

Thanks James. You are right. However I changed her to admin rights and got her phone to swtich to Geofencing and the problem still is happening. Any deas ?
