    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have been trying to download clips from the library for hours, it says it's connecting, but no file to save comes up, ever.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is very often the case, way too often, and no, it's not on my end of the line. It's that overloaded crappy netgear server-cluster that can ever handle the traffic it gets, yet they still decided to not offer us a way to store recordings locally. Netgear, you really *really* blow deep holes in the sanity of your customers with bullcrap like this.       <description>&lt;P&gt;If you need some helpful answers, you also need to post the device and OS your using.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many times it allows other to dupe your problem&lt;/P&gt;</description>
