Downloading a video - "User denied access"

When I try to download a video it seems it starts, then get "User denied access" message.

Also, where does it download to?

Using on Iphone 6

I think others have reported this and found it to be a settings issue for the iOS device. Others will have to jump in to give you the answer or use the search function above.

( on Ipad g3 / ios 9.3.2 )

In the SETTINGS under the APP there is a download location area which is normally filled in as ' download to arlo '

It use to go to the photo gallery under arlo but now i get the same as you ( user denied )

As a PS to above, when the new iOS was downloaded,it toggled off the access to pictures/ gallery.

A quick change to app settings given program access solved the permission denied error

Go to settings icon on your iPad or iPhone screen.

Then proceed to search for Arlo app (if it's not listed use magnifying icon and put in word ARLO).

Once Arlo icon appears click on app... then "turn on" slide switch to green where it says "photo".

Arlo videos can be found in Photo folder on desktop.
