Emails, no photo attachments

Hi,

Every time there is a motion alert, I get the email notification. However, some emails have photo attachments and some don't. Do you know how I can make it such that all emails have photo attachments?

This inconsistency has been happening ever since I bought the cameras, but it didn't bother me enough to post about it.

Email notifications should always have a snapshot attached AFAIK. Maybe your mail server is somehow stripping them?

Why do you think some emails have photos and some don't? I would imagine if the mail server is the reason, it would do so for all emails.

No idea. You could look at the details/code of the messages to see if there's a placeholder for the snapshot but I don't know that it would tell you anything useful. You could also try a different email client, perhaps on a different device, to see if that makes a difference.
