    <description>&lt;P&gt;No idea. You could look at the details/code of the messages to see if there's a placeholder for the snapshot but I don't know that it would tell you anything useful. &amp;nbsp;You could also try a different email client, perhaps on a different device, to see if that makes a difference.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every time there is a motion alert, I get the email notification. However, some emails have photo attachments and some don't. Do you know how I can make it such that all emails have photo attachments?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This inconsistency has been happening ever since I bought the cameras, but it didn't bother me enough to post about it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jia&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Email notifications should always have a snapshot attached AFAIK. Maybe your mail server is somehow stripping them?</description>

      <description>Why do you think some emails have photos and some don't? I would imagine if the mail server is the reason, it would do so for all emails.</description>
