Consistent geofencing crash on Galaxy Note 4

Hi all,

I've just downloaded the latest app (2.1.0_12984) onto my galaxy note 4 (running android 6.0.1) and am trying to set up geofencing. Every time I enter a location on the map and click on the Next button in the wizard, the app crashes. It's a consistent issue, can't get past it.

Anyone else seeing this? Have sent logs to NG. I know it's a beta product but it seems most people are having varying levels of success using it, all of which are higher than mine 😉

Consider reinstalling the Arlo mobile app and try again. Please let me know if you are still experiencing this issue.

lucky for you. I reinstalled the app and it still doesn't work. It closes down the app and throws me back to my home screen saying Arlo has stopped working. still no response on why.

This could be due to the version of Android you are using. Are there updates available for your device?
