IMPROVEMENTS NEEDED

The following are sorely needed improvements discovered after only 2 days of use for Outdoor:

1. Can't market oudoor if you don't offer an EXTERNAL WIRELESS REMOTE SIREN SPEAKER with adjustability. Who needs it on the base if outdoor? Need this yesterday

2. Volume on 2 way is way too low. Where is microphone adjustability? We need TREMENDOUSVOLUME to scare intruders in real time.

3. No way to bulk delete library. I now have 160 clips for today that I have to review and they are all false..passing cars. Give us a multiple select option that is easy to use. Why is it not listed in menu drop down? Too cumbersome to delete one at a time. Bulk selectivity for deletion is needed immediately.

4. Need user defined drawable detection zones. I have too many false alerts. This would cut down on falses.

5. Address buffering problem-I moved my router much closer within fifty feet and have resolution in middle and it still happends. Also goes offline when base is online. Please fix.

6. Permit local storage at base and upload later in bulk. This is key and will permit faster speeds for all.

7. Cellular Service back up to wifi for smoother transitions and if poser goes out.

8. More mounting options included in upfront price.

**Here is the thing: We all spend $250 on you product and then discover deficits. For you to implement those in a new model and then ask us to re-purchase a new one is unreasonable and not right. I will pay for a reasonable upgrade path but our initial investment must be considered and included. Many of us bought these on faith.

We need more options under the Setings for Arlo Pro.

Just settings and Log-out?

Give us Select for library, Bulk delete etc

Give us more options for settings.

1. Some users have utilized IFTTT/Arlo Partners to integrate Arlo with other systems. Consider taking a look at the Arlo IFTTT channel to see if a recipe already exists that would fit your needs.

2. Be sure microphone volume on the input device (your phone, laptop etc.) is maximized.

3. There is a select all option within the library that allows you to select and delete all recordings for the selected day.

4. Zoning is currently available for Arlo Q/Q+ devices. I do not have any information on this being available for Arlo Wire-free cameras in the future.

5. This could be an issue with WiFi interference or poor signal strength due to range. Consider relocating your base station closer to your cameras to further isolate the issue.

6. Local storage is an available feature on the Arlo Pro base station, for more information, see here: How do I set up local storage backups on a USB device using my Arlo Pro base station?

7. Cellular Service backup for potential internet outages is a good idea. Consider posting this idea in the Arlo Idea Exchange.
