can someone confirm if used this solar Panel and it works? Reason, if you try any solar charger at home (out put 1 or 2.1A) and use with Arlo pro, does not work. Seems the system is "locked" to use Netgear accessories. As a matter of fact you cannot even use a generic micro usb cable & charger to charge the battery.

This one works for me, it needs the quick charge port, the one with the green colored usb which supplys 9V/1.5A.

Don't see any option how to make it water/rain proof? Have you tried installing outside and connectors are water protected?
