Arlo man is yellow all the time on one camera

Sometimes when in the "camera" page the little running man shows up as yellow. It is not currently recording anythin, but it remains yellow, what does this mean? I remains yellow even if I disable the camera! Is it wasting my batteries?

That happened to me a while ago. Clearing the browser cache fixed it. Are you using the app or a browser?

After recording motion once, the Arlo motion man turns from black to yellow and will no longer record until i hit the Live button to wake it back up. Then the Arlo motion man turns black once more for another one event cycle.

I am using the app on my smart phone, i currently have three cameras synched up in a normal home set-up.

Very frustrating!

My current theory is that from time to time the camera units need to e updated with the latest updates.

Sometimes or maybe always, it takes a while for them to work normally again.

Mine have been working normally again. Wish i knew why it happens.
