topic can's see base station in Features

can's see base station

Hi All,

One of our uysers deleted a camera. I couldn't add it back in or find out how to do this (tried all suggestions)

All other users can see all cameras including this one.

So I deleted this "friend" then created a new account for them.

However, this account canot see the base station ??

Any ideas please.

Not sure that a guest can delete a camera but maybe can deselect it so it wouldn't be viewed in their account. Normally you'd go to Settings, Grant Access and make sure all cameras are selected for that user.

As for the new account, make sure you selected the proper cameras when you added his account.
