Granting access

I have sent an email granting access and this was used once successfully. When the person went to access again it said wrong password or email. I have deleted the request and re put it in as an invitation and the same is happening. I thought that they wouldn't need to put in a password. I can't figure out why they cannot get back in even with a new link. What should that link do and would they need the main password? Any help appreciated. Thank you

No, they don't need the main user password... never.

You send out a grant acess and they get an email.. ( just like facebook friend ), they must reply to the link in order to acces the shared cameras.

Can you try another email? ( don't know why it didn't work )
