      <description>&lt;P&gt;im having problems upgrading my subscription can anyone help? first when i go to the subscription page it come up like gibrish then when i go back i can see the feilds to put in my info,after entering my info i get an unexpected error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What does the error message say that you are getting? Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?&lt;/P&gt;
