Iphone 6 MODE incorrect

After last UPDATE my Iphone does not correctly control the MODE. "Schedule" in MODE is off. Current with all software. 95% of time System will not Arm or Disarm using Iphone - will work only when using desktop. Worked fine for 1 year until last update.

Hi James - Thanks for your interest. As I stated in my POST the IOS is the most current version- 9.3.2. I worked with your Tech Support Staff extensively but the last set of instructions sent to me were just overwhelmingly complex and extensive. I elected to not respond and allowed you to close my case taking a chance someone here might have a more efficient fix. Thank you.
